Migrant worker document checklist: passport, visa and application forms

Our 4-step process

  1. Message us on LINE or call us — tell us how many workers you have and what you need
  2. Send photos of the documents — we check they are complete, tell you what is missing and confirm the cost before we start
  3. We file on your behalf — at the government office or online, with progress updates for each worker
  4. Documents returned + reminders set — we return the documents and record the next due dates

Expiry reminders on LINE

No more tracking expiry dates yourself

We record the due dates for every worker’s documents and remind the employer on LINE before each deadline.

  • 🔔 90-day report — reminder before the filing window opens
  • 🔔 Visa and work permit — reminder well before expiry
  • 🔔 Passport / CI — reminder before validity becomes too short for a visa extension
  • 🔔 Monthly summary — which workers need to do what this month

Track document status by QR

Leave your documents with us and know where they are at every step

  • 📄 Every document set we receive gets its own QR Code
  • 📱 Scan the QR to see the status: received → filing → awaiting result → ready to return
  • 🧾 Employers can see an overview of all their workers in one place
  • 🔒 Workers’ personal data is stored securely

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring my workers myself?
For most tasks we can file on your behalf with a power of attorney. For steps where the authorities require the worker to attend in person, such as the health check, we will book the appointment and let you know in advance.

I have many workers. How is the price calculated?
We offer packages for employers with several workers. Message us on LINE with the number of workers and we will send you a quote.

My worker’s documents have already expired. Can this still be fixed?
It depends on the type of document, the worker group and how long it has been overdue. Message us on LINE as soon as possible and we will check your options.

What happens if the 90-day report or the employment start/end notification is not filed?
There are fines. For example, a late 90-day report is fined 2,000 THB, and an employer who does not file the employment start/end notification within 15 days can be fined up to 20,000 THB → See employer duties
