Your documents
You need these documents to work in Thailand legally.

| Passport or CI (Myanmar) | Shows who you are |
| Visa (stamp in your passport) | Lets you stay in Thailand |
| Work permit | Lets you work |
| 90-day report receipt | Proof that you did your 90-day report |
| Medical certificate / insurance card | Proof of health check and insurance |
| Pink card (if you have one) | ID card for people who are not Thai citizens |
What to keep
- ✅ Keep the originals in a safe place. Keep them dry. Do not tear them.
- ✅ Take photos of every page and keep them on your phone.
- ✅ Keep the 90-day report receipt with your passport.
- ✅ Keep every receipt.

90-day report
- You must report every 90 days.
- You can file from 15 days before the due date until 7 days after.
- If you are late, you must pay a fine.

- You must apply to renew your work permit by 11 December 2026 (B.E. 2569)
- You must get a passport or CI + visa within 90 days of receiving the document (no later than 30 June 2027 (B.E. 2570))
